Sealed bids will be received by the Hattiesburg Public School District at the School District Administrative Offices in the Board of Trustees Conference Room located at 301 Mamie Street, Hattiesburg, MS, 39401, until 2 p.m. on February 22, 2022 at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

HPSD High School RTU Replacement Hattiesburg Public School District Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39401

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a fee of $50.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. For any questions regarding the electronic bid process, contact Plan House Printing at (601) 336- 6378.

Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend, “HPSD High School RTU Replacement.” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only.

The Hattiesburg Public School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
