Sealed bids will be received by the WILLIAM CAREY UNIVERSITY at the TATUM COURT ADMINISTRAION

BUILDING in the WCU PRESIDENT’S BOARD ROOM located 710 WILLIAM CAREY PKWY,

HATTIESBURG, MS 39401, until 2 P.M. on THURSDAY, MAY 25, 2023, at which time all proposals will be

opened and read aloud for:

WILKES DINING HALL RENOVATION

WILLIAM CAREY UNIVERSITY

HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI 39401

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ararchitectsprojects.

com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing

at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per

set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with

instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. For any questions regarding the electronic bid process,

contact Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378.

Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with

the legend, “WILKES DINING HALL RENOVATION.” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged

cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only. Minority

and women owned business are encouraged to bid.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Wilkes Dining Hall (project site) on WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, Date, 2023,

at 10:00A.
