Sealed bids will be received, publicly opened and read in the office of the Adjutant General, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202-1271. Electronic Bids may be received via MAGIC portal or Physical Receipt. Prospective bidders are encouraged to monitor the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration website for updates and future bidding opportunities.

Plans and specifications may be obtained by contacting Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House printing at https://www.ar-architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted June 3, 2025 at 9:30AM at YCA conference Room, Camp Shelby, MS. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date.
