A pre-bid conference will be conducted @ 10:00 am August 27, 2025, at Building 6600 (DPW) Department of Public Works, Southgate Road, Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to the availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date.
